We created 19th Mile almost 3 years ago with the conviction that focusing and enabling the sales rep on the field and the front line sales manager is key to improving sales productivity in any organization. This has defined our mobile-first approach and informed much of the design of our app. Every feature is designed to provide true value to the sales rep, which can range from insight based notifications, performance analysis to early warning messages to course correct when he or she is at risk of not meeting targets. Our clients and their field teams agree – their engagement with the CRM, which currently sits at about 80% speaks for itself.
